Shipping Policy
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship straight from our cozy little basement in Whitby, Ontario — packed with love and good vibes.
What carriers do you use?
For Canadian deliveries, we mostly use Canada Post. If you're in the U.S. and you select Flat Rate or Free Shipping, we'll ship with Canada Post/USPS.
Please note: Some carriers (other than Canada Post or USPS) can't deliver to PO Boxes. If that's the case, your package will be waiting for pickup at a nearby access point usually within 5 to 7 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is received, processed and packaged (2–5 business days as we are a small team), shipping times are:
- Canada: 1–8 business days
- USA: 15–21 business days
- UK & EU: 7–27 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders $50 and above (before tax and after discounts).
What about international shipping?
We offer competitive pricing on international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.
Please note that at this time certain international shipping zones may have limited shipping options.
What about customs and duties?
If you're ordering from the UK, EU, or UAE, your country's government may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These fees are the customer's responsibility and unfortunately we cannot estimate or cover them.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
For international orders (outside North America), certain shipping zones have limited shipping options. When the rate Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, tracking is unfortunately not available.
To receive tracking for your order, the option Canada Post Tracked Packet International must be selected at checkout.
I made a mistake on my shipping address — what should I do?
If you realize after placing your order that the shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kanubeauty.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we'll happily update the address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we can resend it, but additional shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Must I be home to receive my package?
Most orders are shipped without a signature requirement, so your package may be:
- Left in your mailbox
- Dropped off at your front door
- Handed to your concierge
Once your package is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, Kanu Beauty is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
