Shipping policy
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship straight from my cozy little basement in Whitby, Ontario packed with love and good vibes.
What carriers do you use?
For Canadian deliveries, we mostly use Canada Post.
If you're in the U.S. and you select Flat Rate or Free Shipping, we’ll ship with Canada Post/USPS.
Please note: Some carriers (other than Canada Post or USPS) can’t deliver to PO Boxes. If that’s the case, your package will be waiting for pickup at a nearby access point - usually within 5 to 7 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Once your order is received, processed and packaged (2–5 business days as we are a small team), shipping times are:

Canada: 1–8 business days

USA: 15–21 business days
- UK & EU: 7-27 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada ($50 and above) before tax and after discounts.
What about international shipping?
We offer competitive pricing on international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. (Please note that at this time, certain international shipping zones have limited shipping options.)
What about customs and duties?
If you're ordering from UK, EU or UAE, you might be charged customs, duties, or taxes by your country's government. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, and we’re not able to estimate or cover them (we wish we could!).
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to start updating.
For international orders (outside North America) please note that certain shipping zones have limited shipping options. When the rate "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" is selected, we apologize that tracking is NOT available. In order to receive tracking for your order, the option "Canada Post Tracked Packet International" MUST be selected.)
I made a mistake on my shipping address- what do I do?
If you realize after placing your order that you entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as you can by email at: hello@kanubeauty.com
If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to update your information. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we'll gladly re-ship your item, but shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Must I be home to receive my package?
Most orders are shipped without a signature requirement, so your package may be:

Left in your mailbox

Dropped off at your front door

Handed to your concierge
Once your package is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, Kanu Beauty is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, please contact them for further information if your package was not received.
If your package is lost in transit or marked as undelivered, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier. Based on the courier company’s investigation and response whether they locate the package or approve an insurance payout - we will either resend your order or issue a refund/store credit accordingly. Please note that claims and resolutions are subject to the courier company's policies and timelines.
